This is a great book. Such an easy read and you get so much information. Sometimes you fell stuck and just have to hear from someone else to Start.

This bundle is the perfect choice for someone who has the drive to succeed but perhaps lacks a blueprint or road map to get there. While also individually useful, as a collection they stand as perfect tool for aspiring business owners and longtime career people alike. Is there a reccomendation higher than "Highly"?

This book ignited a fire in me like no other. I read it cover to cover on my long commute and it felt as if Jon was speaking directly to me. He refutes every possible reason you can come up with to get in your own way. I immediately began the action steps after reading the book and put an action plan together for starting a blog as the first step to my business idea. I can't underestimate how big a deal this is for me. I have an idea a minute and have had several false starts. What's helpful about Jon in "Start" is that he affirms that it's okay not to be perfect or to have all of the answers. He shares his missteps and it makes it okay for me not to be perfect to start. There are several concrete steps he provides to help you stay on course. Totally worth every penny. Looking forward to his next book!

This book was filled with great advice and motivation from page 1. I finished it in 3 days and have since passed it on to my brother. I have also recommended it to a few others who have been feeling "stuck". This book is funny, insightful and best of all packed with real steps that can be taken to get you to awesome.

Jon Acuff's Book - "Start" gives everyone hope and faith that the journey is not over. It is written with such simplicity that anyone who is looking for guidance and direction, need to look no further. Here is a tool that regardless of what progress you have or have not made, will help you eliminate unnecessary pain and give you the rocket fuel you need to fulfill the destiny that GOD has in mind for all his people.

this is great book for changing attitudes towards being successful. I enjoyed Acuff's delivery of the material as well as the inspiration the material provides.

My only familiarity with Jon Acuff prior to reading "Start" was through comments on Dave Ramsey's radio show. I had no idea what I was missing! Jon's writing style is full of laugh-out-loud, surprising gems which keep the book fast-paced and fascinating. The subject matter is well-organized and thought-provoking. Somewhat of a cross between motivational, self-help and business, "Start" had definitely earned its place on my shelves of forever business books. Thanks, Jon! (& Dave!)

"Start" came along at the perfect time in my life, as I just retired from 32 years as a software engineer and am now working with my dad as a mechanic learning his trade in preparation for taking over the family business.
Content-wise, literally every chapter, sub-section, etc., speaks to my current situation, and does for probably anyone that desires to get the most out of their working lives. Style-wise, Jon's writing is casual, humorous, but at the same time clear and direct in the points he works to make.
Excellent read!

I am not much for reading books, but the "Start" book has keep my attention and I am through the first 5 chapters in one week. This book has some good ideals and I like the "Real Life" examples that are used to help guide me to situations in my life.

I am drawn in with Mr. Acuff's wit and sense of humor. Start is written more like a conversation, which I love! The anecdotes and tie-ins to many of Dave's themes are great and make the whole thing more authentic.
Congratulations to Jon and everybody on the Ramsey team. After Start, I know that I would love to sit down for coffee with John and his self- deprecating humor, humility, and massive loads of awesome!
