My wife and I took the Checkup for our anniversary and it really helped us identify and talk about some issues and patterns we'd slid into over time. Our marriage is solid, but there's always room for improvement. I also like the discussion guide we used in combination with the report. I thought is was very worthwhile.

this product helped my husband and i get on one accord. we were able to discuss things that we did not realize were issues. and now we do have more open communication.

The format was user-friendly. While it cannot encapsulate everyone's personality, it may not be a true determining factor in assessing. Example is the "Roles in a Reltaionship". My husband does alot of the items only because my health limits me to doing them, so on paper it looks like we are a vast world apart, when in reality what we have works for us due to circumstances. The "literal" people will dissect this & over analyze. Also, without a clear understanding of the check up (ie-overview with a professional or someone to shed light on it); if you are a couple in distress it could only complicate things more by adding pressure the seemingly "lower" agreement person. If you take it for what it's worth-it's great...maybe add a few more "zero in" questions to address the above issues and give better results, is my suggestion!

I expected to get a more robust tool to use in evaluating the results. It seemed designed only to work best with a counselor. However, the tool could help a motivated couple to use the new found knowledge if it had some minimal suggestions/resources availabe for making application in their life.

To be honest, I was disappointed in this product. I thought it was an original item from Dave Ramsey Ministiries. As it turns out it the product is a lower version of the Prepare & Enrich tool that we use. It was a waste of money which could have been avoided if the description was more clear. Additionally, I had a very difficult time accessing the product. It took some your dedicated and capable tech support folks to help me solve the problem. They ended up sending me to the Prepare & Enrich website to access the product directly.
