This was one of the best books I've ever read. It really made me think about parenting and who was going to raise my kids . . . my husband and I, or TV, video games, and other electronics. We have decided to purchase this book for all of our friends and family who are having babies/baby showers. However, I disappointed with all of the typing errors, mispelled words, and sentence structure errors. A book this good should have better editing!

This is a great book for anyone raising boys. Easy to read and understand. Dr Meeker has a great perspective and understanding of the world boys are growing up in today. Thanks Dave for the recommendation.

There was never a problem Grandpa couldn't fix. He always would say "Live as long as I have, and you see them all." He would let us try to fix whatever the problem was before giving us a hand.
Let boys learn what it is to catch a frog, how it feels with mud in your shorts, how nasty that first cigerette is. There is only so much a text book can teach.
